Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care/beauty items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at hello.truvera@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
